Final week drop

The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) finished the final week of 2007 on a low, down 60.960 points (1.24 percent) at 4,914.55.
A total of 12,914 shares worth $179,222.80, however, were traded throughout the course of the week.
Kentucky Fried Chicken Bermuda was the only company to experience a positive share price, closing up 50 cents (7.14 percent) at $7.50, as 3,900 shares changed hands.
But the utilities sector was the hardest hit, with KeyTech and Belco Holdings dropping $1 (6.25 percent) and 60 cents (2.73 percent) respectively.
Bermuda Container Lines and Butterfield Bank also lost out to the tune of 50 cents (3.45 percent) and 15 cents (0.82 percent) respectively.
