Quiet on BSX front

The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) experienced one of its quietest days yet as only one share price changed yesterday.
That belonged to Bermuda Aviation Services Ltd. (BAS), who saw its share value decrease 15 cents (2.3 percent) to $6.25, as 2,400 shares changed hands.
Butterfield Bank, meanwhile, traded 17,337 shares, but its share price remained unchanged at $19.70.
Overall, the Index declined 1.37 points (0.03 percent) to close at 5,077.70, with a total of 19,737 shares worth $356,538.90 traded.
The BSX Insurance Index had another good day, finishing up 0.47 percent at 1,306.15.
