Bermuda reinsurer Validus Holdings announced on Friday that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per each common share and $0.20 per common share equivalent, for which each outstanding warrant is then exercisable.

The dividend is payable on June 5, 2008 to shareholders and warrant holders of record on May 22, 2008.
