VistaPrint's chief operating officer Wendy Cebula was named one of the Premier 100 IT Leaders of 2008 and VistaPrint was awarded the "Best in Class" award.
Computerworld is the leading source of technology news and information for IT influencers worldwide.
More than 1,000 applicants submitted entries for the 2008 Premier 100 IT Leaders. Finalists were required to answer questions covering everything from their career accomplishments to mentoring activities. Computerworld's panel of judges then selected the top 100 candidates who were able to guide their staff and entire company to effectively use information technology. The "Best in Class" is awarded to the top 10 projects which were best able to use IT to benefit the company or organisation and are selected from the Premier 100 list.
Ms Cebula said: "VistaPrint was built on innovation and finding efficient ways to use technology, so I try to take that approach with every problem we are presented with. I'm honoured just to have been nominated for this award and also to be able to gain recognition for VistaPrint's ground-breaking use of information technology."
