Primasia Korea Equities Fund (Cayman) Ltd.

The fund, which has up to 49,999,900 shares, is an exempted company from the Cayman Islands.

The fund has invested in a portfolio of unquoted equities of Korean companies, equities listed on the Korea Stock Exchange and equity related securities, including convertible bonds and warrants issued by Korean companies outside Korea.

The Fund may also invest in companies and other entities based outside Korea whose income is principally derived from Korea.

The listing is sponsored by Harbour Financial Services Limited.

The securities are being listed under the BSX Listing Regulations for Collective Investment Schemes and the provisions for Restricted Marketing.
