Gaspar cuts RSL holdings

Gaspar is manager of venture capital investments with RSL's founder and cosmetics heir Ronald S. Lauder. Gaspar sold 300,000 company shares from April 17 to April 21 for between $23 and $24.75 each, according to an amendment filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The investment manager and an affiliate now own 3.18 million Class A and Class B shares of Bermuda-based RSL.
