In other declines, Bermuda Commercial Bank warrants closed at 13 cents, down $1, or 88.4 percent, while Telco was down 50 cents at $31.50 and Argus fell 12.5 cents at $11.875.

The Island's three banks, Bermuda Home preferred and Bermuda Press (Holdings) were unchanged.

The index was down 2.92 points at 932.47.
