Oleander , gained 50 cents yesterday to close at $3 on volume of 1,420.

The 20 percent gain comes days after the company reported a fiscal loss.

The loss was the result of a one time charge of $2.8 million for its move to relocate its US base from New York to New Jersey. Though the company was in the red, it also reported the best operating profit since 1989 on best ever volume on its New Jersey/Bermuda service.

In other trading, one issue advanced, one declined and one closed unchanged on the Bermuda Stock Exchange yesterday.
