The Marriott group compared results from a satisfaction survey carried out over the first three months of this year to another survey carried out over April, May and June.
In particular, the Island's hotel recorded a 91 percent approval rating for check-out speed and an 82 percent rating for friendly front desk service.
Results show the Bermuda hotel has the second highest improvement in overall customer satisfaction out of the 48 properties in the company's international division - increasing from 63 percent to 75 percent.
