The site pledges to publish a wealth of up-to-date information on 48 offshore financial centres ranging from Andorra to Vanuatu, profiling each jurisdiction's economic, legal, political and demographic attributes.

Subscribers to OffshoreOn.com gain access to a wider database of information, including quarterly economic reports and two monthly newsletters.

Subscriber services include the monthly `E-zine' Bizoffshore, listings of key contacts in each jurisdiction and access to LawOffshore, a trove of legal information on specific offshore centres.

The site also provides links to each offshore centre, providing the user with a free profile, while the subscriber gains access to more detailed information. The `key contacts' section, for subscribers only, links the user to professional service providers in each jurisdiction, retained by OffshoreOn to compile current economic, accounting and legal information.

OffshoreOn.com is a subsidiary of ISI Publications Ltd., with Sarah Barham listed as Publisher and Managing Director. Former Royal Gazette business reporter and Tech Tattle columnist Ahmed ElAmin is the site's editor.
