Laurence Geller to its board of directors.

Mr. Geller is chairman and CEO of Geller & Co., a Chicago-based international finance and advisory firm.

Previously, he was chief operating officer of Hyatt Development Corp. and has held senior executive positions with Holiday Inns, Inc., Grand Metropolitan Hotels and founding partner at Berins & Co.

Geller & Co. and Mr. Geller are strategic advisors to Sky Games and closely involved with the company's long term planning.

Sky Games pioneered the development of sophisticated remote control gaming entertainment software through Interactive Entertainment Ltd. (IEL), the company's 80 percent owned joint venture with Harrah's Entertainment, Inc.

IEL expects to launch its first inflight gaming system on Singapore Airlines later this year.
