ProServe appointments

two retail banks, has appointed Kevin Blee as operations manager and Granville Gibbons as business analyst.

ProServe, which was formed last year by the Bank of N.T. Butterfield and Son Ltd. and the Bank of Bermuda Ltd., now has 11 full-time staff and 20 part-time staff.

The company was established as a costs savings measure to perform non-strategic functions for the two banks, including document processing.

Mr. Blee will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of document processing and imaging, and dealing with Year 2000 computer issues. He was previously the senior project manager at the Bank of Butterfield, where he has worked for the past 18 years.

Mr. Gibbons will be responsible for the development of procedures for projects. He previously worked as an analyst at the Bank of Bermuda. He held the same position at the Bank of Butterfield before joining the Bank of Bermuda.
