today.
United Parcel Service's (UPS) Express Plus which was launched in the US today is also available for service from Bermuda.
The effort comes through UPS's local agents, International Bonded Couriers (IBC) and promises door-to-door delivery service to major business and financial centres in the US by 8 a.m. for documents received the morning before.
The service guarantees delivery in Canada by 8.30 a.m. and in Europe by 8.30 a.m. on the second day to 163 cities in 14 European countries.
Glen Smith President and CEO of IBC Ltd. said: "Many international clients need to get vital documents into the hands of their colleagues before the start of the next business day. It was this need that was the driving force behind the development of this service.'' The service will cost customers an additional $25 for parcels going to the US and Canada and $40 for packages to Europe.
