specialising in Russia's oil industry, will list on the Stockholm Boersinformation (SBI) stock list and issue new shares, says Bloomberg News.

The listing is effective March 6. The offering will raise $35.2 million and increase the company's shareholders to about 2,000.

After the issue, Vostok will have a market value of about $92 million.

SBI, currently with about 25 listings, is an unofficial list for small Swedish companies.
