Bermuda Insurance Institute offices to businessman Charles Collis, who died in January last year.

Mr. Collis served in the UBP Government as a Senator and as a Cabinet minister. He was a former senior partner at law firm Conyers, Dill and Pearman.

He was chairman of Bermuda Fire & Marine Insurance Co. at the time the company made a special dividend as shares in newly created local insurer BF&M Ltd. Mr.

Collis was also a director at BF&M. The ceremony will take place tomorrow at 5.30 p.m.

PRESENTATION TO FOCUS ON INVESTMENT BUC Presentation to focus on investment Premier Jennifer Smith will open an investment presentation by Lombard Odier Management (Bermuda) Ltd. tomorrow at the Hamilton Princess.

The presentation marks the occasion of the listing of the group's Obliflex and LO Invest mutual funds on the Bermuda Stock Exchange. Paul Abberley, Lombard Odier chief investment officer of fixed income, and Tony Robinson, director and senior portfolio strategist will also be speaking. Bernard Rattray, chief executive officer of Lombard Odier Management (Bermuda) Ltd. will give an overview of the funds listed on the BSX.

INVESTMENT ADVISORS TO GIVE SEMINAR CON BUC Investment advisors to give seminar Investment advisors from Baring Asset Management will be giving an investor seminar on the state of the global markets tomorrow at the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute beginning at 5.30 p.m.

Baring's senior vice president Simon Romijn will be talking about the case for high yield bonds. Mr. Romijn is manager of ING Investment Management's emerging market debt portfolios.

Baring's investment manager of global asset allocation James White III will describe the company's global investment outlook for the year.
