(MRM) company, has been approved by the listing committee.

MRM is offering income and accumulation units to qualified investors with a minimum investment of $100,000, in sub classes managed by various leading investment managers.

The open-ended mutual fund companies are Bermuda-domiciled and were incorporated here in March, and their BSX listings were sponsored by MRM Securities Ltd., a subsidiary of MRM Financial Services Ltd.

The funds include a daily money market fund, a cash fund, five fixed income funds, four US equity funds, a global equity fund, a convertible bond fund and a high yield bond fund.

The MRM funds have been established to permit sophisticated private institutional investors to participate in internationally diversified investment portfolios managed by a selection of professional portfolio managers selected by MRM Securities Ltd.

BSX listing manager, Mary A. Sousa, said, "We are very pleased to welcome the MRM funds to the Exchange and are especially pleased that the addition of these funds greatly enhances the existing list of offshore mutual fund companies. This brings the total number of funds listed on the Exchange to 95.''
