has said that it plans to have its digital service available early next year.

The company said that it plans to have all testing on the new service completed before January 2001.

"The technology we will be deploying is TDMA at 800 Mhz,'' said a company spokesperson. "At that time we will be having some great promotions going for new subscribers and for existing customers.''
