Bermuda, Raymonde Dill, is being promoted to vice president of operations.

Mr. Dill will specifically design and head up a new operations division at the bank, centralising responsibility for a number of bank activities now managed in other divisions.

The bank said this development was part of efforts to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Mr. Dill, 46, has been with the bank since he left chartered accountants Price Waterhouse in 1990, where experience in the development of automated operations systems included the design and implementation of the automation of the Bahamas Development Bank.
