dealers, banks, the General Post Office, A.S. Cooper's and Trimingham Brothers.
The Bermuda Monetary Authority devised the coins in consultation with the Bermuda Olympic Association to recognise the Island's parparticipation in the summer games in Spain this summer and its first-ever winter games in France last winter.
The three-coin set costs $1,075 and contains a crown-size $100 gold piece, a $5 silver piece, shown above and a crown-sized $1 bronze coin. The silver coin is available on its own for $125.
The reverse side of each coin features Bermuda's unique Olympic symbol, with the five Olympic rings with a "sun splash'' surrounding the fifth ring. Each ring portrays an Olympic event: swimming, luge, equestrianism, athletics and yachting.
