Mrs. Wilkerson began with Sedgwick Management in the captive management underwriting department, before joining the brokerage department in 1989. She obtained her CPCU (Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter) designation in 1991, and has been instrumental in establishing a Bermuda chapter.

Ms Hall Reider is the daughter of the late US Navy Captain Scarritt Adams and Mrs. Poppy Adams who resides at Springfield on Point Finger Road, Paget.
Ms Hall Reider is only the 37th executive to receive the designation, the incentive travel industry's highest accomplishment. The accomplishment was recognised at the society's annual awards banquet on September 18 in Chicago.
