The department of 12 perform an array of tasks from record keeping, accounting, costing, customs clearance, accounts payable/receivable, inventory control and on-line inventory.

Her staff said: "We are like sisters who argue a little from time to time but we work well together and care about each other.'' Edith Beek remarked: "I don't always tell my boss, Linda Pollett, this but I enjoy working with her. She gives us positive input and clear directions.

"We have a great team concept and we all help each other.

"BGA is a great company with good challenges.'' The group felt that there is a friendly attitude at BGA and that it is easy to talk to the managers. They said: "There is an open door policy except when the door is closed. This starts with Mr. Young and works its way down. '' They felt that people are acknowledged for their excellent work and that everyone is given the opportunity to do their best.

Georgine Tucker added: " Mr. Young saw in me some talents which I did not see in myself and I feel blessed.'' Debbie Turner, said: "I'm new at BGA and I am enjoying learning new things.
