Trevor Williams as its new chief executive officer.

Trevor Williams, previously president of General Electric Information Services Canada, Inc., has over 25 years of experience in the information technology industry, specifically in electronic commerce and on-line financial services sectors.

GE Information Services supplies business productivity solutions based on electronic commerce and manages a global trading community of over 40,000 companies.

GE Information Services is currently a leader in the Canadian electronic commerce marketplace in industries like grocery, retail, manufacturing, transportation and energy, BSL said.

Mr. Williams takes over the CEO position from Nicholas Weare now BSL Group vice chairman.

BSL subsidiaries include Internet (Bermuda) Ltd., Digital Systems (Bahamas) Ltd. and Internet (Americas) Ltd.
