Ms Williams brings over 20 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance and reinsurance industry. Prior to joining PartnerRe, Ms Williams was employed by Odyssey American Reinsurance Corp., where she managed a $250 million specialty casualty reinsurance portfolio.

Prior to that, M. Williams held a senior actuarial position supporting a number of business lines during her 15-year career at Fireman's Fund Insurance Co. Ms Williams is a fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
