NEW YORK (Bloomberg) — Allied World Assurance Company Holdings Ltd., the Bermuda-based insurer, reached an agreement with Goldman Sachs Group Inc. for the investment bank to manage some of its holdings.

Allied World disclosed the deal in a regulatory filing on Friday.
