Belco Holdings Ltd. (Belco) has told the Bermuda Stock Exchange it intends to initiate a share repurchase programme to buy back 75,000 common shares of Belco as they become available.

Belco stated: "In a recent meeting of Belco Holdings Ltd. Directors, it was agreed to purchase shares on the open market when it is felt that they are an attractive investment price." The has advised Belco repurchase programme may start this Friday.
