Bermudian James Keyes has been appointed to the boards of the Renaissance Pre-IPO Fund, Renfin Ltd., Renaissance Russia Distressed Assets Ltd. and Russia Infrastructure Equities Ltd.

Mr. Keyes, who has been the managing director of Renaissance Capital since October last year, will replace Sarah Moule, who resigned as of July 9, as a director on all four boards, the Bermuda Stock Exchange announced yesterday.

The former partner of the Appleby and Oxford University graduate was team leader of the law firm's Funds and Investment Services team.
