BSX approves listing of BVI-based fund
The Bermuda Stock Exchange yesterday announced the approval of the listing of the Cadiz Dynamic Global Opportunities Fund Ltd.
The British Virgin Islands-registered fund's listing is for 499,500,000 class A and 499,500,00 class B shares with a par value of Euro 1.00 each under Qualified Investor provisions.
The Cadiz Dynamic Global Opportunities Fund Ltd was incorporated and registered in BVI as a regulated professional fund under the BVI Mutual Funds Act of 1996.
The objective of the company is to be synthetically exposed to a basket of indices using a model systematically maximising the risk-return ratio. The fund's performance objective is a return of five percent above the 12-month EURIBOR, less management fees.
The Bermuda Stock Exchange also announced the voluntary de-listing of all share classes of the Nordhavn Fund Corporation.
