The Bermuda Stock Exchange's (BSX) CEO Greg Wojciechowski and his delegation met with his counterpart at the Bahrain Stock Exchange, director Fouad Rahman Rashid at Bahrain Financial Harbour yesterday.

During the visit, both parties discussed the possible areas of co-operation and development between both markets, particularly those related to listing mutual funds, asset management funds, and hedge funds.

Mr. Wojciechowski and his team were in the country in advance of the first Bahrain/Bermuda Conference on Global Financial and Insurance Services due to be held at the Hotel Ritz-Carlton in Manama today. Finance Minister Paula Cox will be leading a delegation on a trade mission at the event, as reported in The Royal Gazette last week.
