BSX drops 17.47 points

The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange fell 17.47 points yesterday to close at 3,970.73.The BSX marked the 0.44 percent drop with only Butterfield Bank shares losing value.BNTB closed at $12.50, dropping $0.10 after 10,280 shares changed hands.

In the utilities sector, Belco saw 15 shares traded and KeyTech 11 but both companies closed unchanged for the day at $18 and $11 respectively.
The Bermuda Insurance Index also fell yesterday, 1.69 percent to close at 1,012.43.
