The Board of Directors of Caritas Royalties Fund II (Bermuda) Ltd. has decided to change lawyers and managers of its fund in a cost-efficiency drive.

The board has made the switch of the legal responsibilities for the fund from Cox Hallett Wilkinson to Conyers Dill and Pearman with immediate effect.

The manager to the fund will also change from Argent Financial Group (Bermuda) Ltd. to Centaur Performance Group (Bermuda) Ltd.

This does not affect the running of the fund, as Centaur has the same ownership as Argent, as well as the two sharing the same directors and executive directors.
