China Seas Basket Ltd. has announced the listing of 999,000 ordinary shares on the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX). The listing is effective as of July 15, 2010.

The fund's objective is to provide investors with an equity investment that is structured to provide Australian dollar capital preservation on the investment and the potential for enhanced capital growth.

The Fund was incorporated in Guernsey on May 26, 2010 as a closed ended investment company and is regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
