Collins puts back AGM

Bermuda-based Collins International Ltd. has adjorned its annual general meeting (AGM) by one week after failing to meet the quorum requirements, the company disclosed in a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) yesterday.
Collins International had originally scheduled the AGM for 4 p.m. last Friday, but the chairman of the meeting pushed it back to the same time on Friday September 10 in accordance with its articles of incorporation.
