Conyers appoints Denman and Harper to corporate
Offshore law firm Conyers Dill & Pearman (Conyers) has taken on Elizabeth Denman and Callum Harper as associates at the firm's Bermuda corporate team.

Ms Denman specialises in all aspects of corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mutual and hedge funds, partnerships and securities. Prior to joining Conyers, she was the leader of the funds group at Mello Jones & Martin for eight years. Ms Denman received her LLB in 1994 from Queen's University in Canada. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 1996 and the Bermuda Bar in 2002.
Mr. Harper's practice includes all aspects of corporate and commercial law with specialist expertise in structured finance and corporate finance transactions. He joined Conyers from the securities and structured finance department of Ashurst and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Otago, New Zealand. He was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in December 2001.
