The San Guisto will be docked in Hamilton until August 6 for rest and relaxation.

In news from the container ship docks, the Bermuda Islander arrived on Monday from Salem, New Jersey, carrying a total of 91 containers -- of which 21 were refridgerated, said Stephen Paynter, spokesperson for Meyer Agencies.

On Sunday the Oleander arrived carrying 115 regular containers and 46 refridgerated containers. Also on board, said Glennis Dickinson of Container Ship Management, were nine cars, a crane, a mast, granite, and steel decking.

The ship left the Island yesterday morning.

In cruise ship news, the Zenith arrived from New York at Number One Dock on Monday carrying 1,627 passengers, said Mr. Paynter. The ship is due to shift to St. George's on this morning and will leave the Island on Thursday afternoon.

The Dreamward also arrived on Monday carrying 1,332 passengers. The ship shifted to Hamilton docks on yesterday morning, and is due to set sail on Thursday. The cruise ship Meridian arrived from New York yesterday and is docked at King's Wharf in Dockyard. She will leave the Island on Friday.

The Regal Empress made a day stop to Bermuda from New York yesterday and was anchored in the Great Sound. She carried 989 passengers.

The Song of America arrived yesterday from New York, carrying 1,457 passengers said Mrs. MacPherson, spokesperson for John S. Darrell.

The liner will shift to Hamilton from St. George's on Wednesday and leave the Island on Friday.

The Royal Majesty arrived yesterday from Boston carrying 928 passengers. She will be docked in St. Georges until Friday when she will depart back to Boston.

Harbour Radio reported that the Export Freedom arrived in Bermuda on August 24 for repairs.

The ship came to Bermuda via Charleston, South Carolina, and will set sail from Bermuda on August 26 for Leghorn, Italy.

The LPG tanker Caribbean Venture was late to leave the Island for the next leg of her journey to Norfolk, Virginia.

The ship did not leave until August 26 after off-loading 700 metric tons of liquid propane.

The AT&T cable ship Global Mariner left the Island on Tuesday for Baltimore, Maryland after off-loading cable to the Cable and Wireless depot in Dockyard.
