Bee Line Transportation. Lawyer Ian Kawaley, who represents the group, said the deal should be completed by the end of the week.

He did not reveal who was behind the bid for the service which competes with Bermuda Hosts Ltd. in providing transportation between the airport and the major hotels.

Bee Line managing director Harrison Simons referred enquiries to his lawyer who did not return phone calls.

In February the Minister of Finance won a judgement against Bee Line for $73,808. The suit was for unpaid taxes and social insurance payments. The Minister of Civil Aviation also filed a writ last July against Bee Line for an unspecified sum.
