Digicel launches $15,000 prize draw

Digicel celebrated its third anniversary of business in Bermuda with the launch of a $15,000 prize draw yesterday.

The telecommunications company, which set up its office on the Island on December 1 three years ago, will give one customer three months worth of 'Free Living' along with a number of other prizes.

The prize will consist of contributions towards rent, groceries, vehicle fuel vouchers from RUBiS Energy Ltd., electricity, Internet and three months of free Digicel phone service.

In addition, Digicel will make a $1,000 donation to the charity of the winner's choice.

Meanwhile, one runner-up will receive a one-time cash gift of $3,000, while fuel vouchers from RUBiS, grocery vouchers and free phones will also be handed out each week in December.

To be eligible for the grand prize customers must activate a new service with Digicel, upgrade their phone or pay bills in full before December 14, while pre-paid customers need to top up with $20 during November and December to enter.

The prize draw takes place on Monday January 5.
