Fabian Romania Ltd. has announced it has delisted from the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX), with effective from yesterday.

The real estate company, which operates in the eastern European market, made a filing of the announcement to the BSX after having the resolution to delist approved by its sole shareholder in December 2009.
