Engineering giant Foster Wheeler has completed its move from Bermuda to Switzerland.

The company had announced its intention to change domiciles in December and, after winning shareholders' approval, the company said yesterday that it had completed the redomestication.

The global engineering and construction contractor employs 14,000 professionals world-wide, but had a minimal presence on the Island.

Foster Wheeler will now be based in the city of Zug and will continue to trade on the Nasdaq stock exchange.
