Foster Wheeler Ltd.'s change of domicile from Bermuda to Switzerland is expected to be completed by next Monday, after shareholders approved the move yesterday.

Completion of the redomestication remains subject to the approval of the Supreme Court of Bermuda, which the company expects to obtain at a hearing to be held on Friday and the satisfaction of certain other conditions.

The engineering company is one of several to have declared its intention to move its holding company out of Bermuda over the last few weeks.
