The listing committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has approved the secondary listing of up to 4,999,000 shares of the Highfield Fund Ltd.

The primary listing for the Highfield Fund is on the Irish Stock Exchange.

The fund was incorporated in Bermuda in February as a limited liability company under the Bermuda Companies Act 1981, as amended, and authorised and registered as a standard fund by the Bermuda Monetary Authority under the Investment Funds Act 2006 of Bermuda.

The fund's promoter and investment adviser is Aurum MAM Fund Management Ltd., which holds all general voting shares and controls the fund.
