The Bermuda Stock Exchange has announces the de-listing of all classes of shares in the India Fund Ltd. and FMG Bio Med Hedge Fund Ltd.

The de-listing was granted at the request of the funds, which had ceased trading on 31 March, 2010, and formally wound up at a board of directors meeting on August 30, 2010.

The de-listing was effective from yesterday.
