Lancashire Holdings Ltd. has announced the resignation of Jens Juul as a director of the company.

Mr. Juul will continue to act as non-executive chairman of Lancashire Insurance Company Ltd., the company's Bermuda operating subsidiary.

Martin Thomas, chairman of Lancashire Holdings, said: "I would like to thank Jens for his contribution to the work of the company's board during his time as a director.

"I am pleased that he has agreed to remain as chairman of Lancashire Insurance Company Limited, a position from which Jens will I am sure continue to contribute to the success of the group."
