LOM climbs 1.25%

The Royal Gazette / Bermuda Stock Exchange was virtually unchanged on the last day of the trading week.

The Index slipped 8.15 points (0.17 percent) to close yesterday at 4,749.29.

LOM (Holdings) Ltd. was the only issue to advance, climbing five cents (1.25 percent) to close on 4.05, as 1,500 of its shares were traded.

Butterfield Bank dipped five cents (0.32 percent) after 21,500 shares traded and closed the day on $15.50.

Argus Group Holdings Ltd. was the only other company to see trading, with 5,200 shares changing hands as its share price closed unchanged on $15.50.

The BSX Insurance Index closed 1.34 percent down at 1,019.14.
