new york (Bloomberg) — The insurance regulators of France, Australia and the Netherlands joined an international agreement to facilitate cross-border supervision of the industry, the International Association of Insurance Supervisors said today in an e-mailed statement.

Taiwan, Bermuda and Germany have already signed up to the pact, it said.
