The Fairmont Southampton's flagship restaurant, The Newport Room, is set to reopen for dinner on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.

Guests can dine from a three or four-course menu prepared by Chef de Cuisine Shaker Estephane, with the service running between 6.30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

On New Year's Eve, Chef Estephane will present a six-course, signature tasting menu, starting at 8 p.m.

"We are very pleased to welcome guests to the Newport Room for these three special days during the holidays," says Leetroy Walker, director of food and beverage at The Fairmont Southampton. "Chef Estephane and our Newport Room staff know how to create a memorable, special-occasion dining experience and this Christmas and New Year's will be no exception."
