Bermuda-based Nordic American Tanker Shipping Ltd. announced yesterday that it had raised around $107.5 million through a share offering.

The international oil tanker specialist said the underwriters of the offering of three million common shares had exercised in full their option to buy an extra 450,000 shares. All shares were sold at $32.50.
