What is your job?

I am the founder and CEO of First Atlantic Commerce Ltd. (established 1998).

What is your favourite part of the job?

Coming into work every day and finding something new and exciting that's happened in our e-commerce industry that we can develop and introduce to our clients.

What is the least favourite part of the job?

Not having more comprehensive language skills to better communicate with global clients (like Spanish, French, German).

What is your most interesting experience at work?

Working with clients around the world and learning about their business culture and challenges. Being able to implement solutions to solve business issues in countries where they would not be available to otherwise is extremely rewarding! I also appreciate the diversity of the things we all learn and it's rewarding for my staff to be part of it all as well.

What would you be doing otherwise?

I have been in the credit card industry pretty much all of my career. I love the pace and variety of the industry, so I wouldn't be doing anything else next except retirement.
