What is your job? Revenue and Reservations Agent at Tucker's Point Hotel & Spa

What is your favourite part of the job? Meeting new people and getting tourists excited about coming to Bermuda. I love my country and I want them to love it too!

What is your least favourite part of the job? Is that even possible? Can I put "N/A" in this section? Ok, Ok if I have to say something then maybe working on a holiday (but that doesn't happen every holiday!)

What is your most interesting experience at work? I love the team I work with and there are far too many stories to tell! I'll keep it brief in case my boss reads the paper (I love my job, don't want to lose it!) My boss changing my ring tone to a creepy mans voice "Hello are you there? Pick up! Hello are you there?" I picked up the phone and tried with all I had not to laugh out loud - it didn't work but thankfully the woman on the other end thought it was just as funny. A colleague and I decided it would be fun to go on a spur-of-the-moment trip to New York for the weekend (this was on a Wednesday) and somehow managed to pull it off! Not to mention the daily spontaneous outbursts of singing, dancing and screaming at our computers are all a part of a days work. Did I mention that I love my job?

What would you being doing otherwise? I went to University for Nursing for a few years so maybe I would try that out again if hospitality wasn't in the picture. Or if I could be anything how about one of those unemployed housewives who just exercises, cooks and plays with her kids all day? That would be my dream job! Hospitality is a great profession that I have been blessed to experience for the past seven years and hope to continue in for the rest of my career!
