What is your job? My job consists of managing the store for optimum efficiency. Some of my responsibilities include staff scheduling, inventory control, reconciling at the end of the day, and sales reporting to name a few.

What is your favourite part of the job? The people. I like to make people smile, although this can be challenging at times, it's always worth it when a customer leaves pleased and satisfied.

What is your least favourite part of the job? The hours! I am here early in the morning and well into the evening.

What is your most interesting experience at work? When my daughter Kaelyn, who was five at the time, called me to trouble shoot her father's BlackBerry. She immediately told me that she had already completed a battery pull to reset the device. What a different world children are growing up in, she is only five and is a sprouting BlackBerry expert!

What would you be doing otherwise? This is an interesting question as I have done so many different things. Ultimately I would like to operate my own business.
