What is your job? As customer care supervisor my role is to give our clients the very best service experience possible and to ensure that our team do likewise.
What is your favourite part of the job? Assisting our clients. Nothing gives me more satisfaction than making sure all of their needs are met and their questions are answered, as quickly and professionally as possible.
What is your least favourite part of the job? Time setbacks, which can sometimes be caused from attention to detail.
What is your most interesting experience at work? Our management meetings. I learn something new in almost every one of them. It is a chance for us to meet regularly as a team and update one another on what we are doing individually. This gives each of us a view of the organisation as a whole and a chance to offer support to one another when needed.
What would you be doing otherwise? I probably would still be involved with the Bermuda Department of Corrections, but if given the chance I would love to travel the world with no agenda other than to immerse myself in each place I visit.
